First, make sure that you are friends with each other on Facebook and within Charm King. If these prerequisites have been met, you should be able to send and request Lives. There’s a limit to how many Lives you can send the same friend in 24 hours, so you may need to wait before resending Lives.
Sometimes, due to the large volume of Lives being sent at any given time, some requests can occasionally drop. If this issue occurs, we recommend resending your requests. Please contact us if this doesn’t solve the issue.
